Thank you for registering your child with us
Before they can start their exciting journey with us we need lots of important information from you.
Please complete and return the documents below along with the refundable registration fee and a copy of your child's birth certificate
These can be completed either online and returned via email or printed and hard copies returned to the Pre School office.
If you are unable to print these forms, you can arrange to collect hard copies from the pre school office by calling 01277 634700.
Our refundable regestration fee of £25 can be paid by either cash or cheque to the Pre School office or by bank transfer
(Our bank details can be found on the request for sessions form).
We will be unable to confirm your child's place with us until the completed documents have been returned along with the refundable registration fee

This form includes essential information about your child, including emergency contacts, allergies and people authorized to collect your child on your behalf. The photos provided on the final page do not need to be passport photos, group photos of family and friends are fine to use as long as they are clearly labelled. These photos can also be emailed to us at ggps@ggpreschool.co.uk

The information in this form will assist the key worker as they welcome your child and help them to settle at pre school. If your child is not going to be joining us for a while you are welcome to hold onto this form and return it to us just before they start.
