Welcome to Busy Bees
Our Busy Bees Room Leader is Vickie.
Our Busy Bees room is for our children aged 2 to 3. Busy Bees intent is to give our children their first experience in an education setting through a loving and nurturing environment. This is implemented through learning through play and developing the Prime Areas of the EYFS -
We hope that your child is looking forward to joining us in Busy Bees.
Here is a little more information about our Busy Bees room.
Keyworkers
Your child will be allocated a keyperson as soon as they start with us and we will let you know who this is. Your child’s key person keeps a record of achievement for each child known as their Learning Journal. Your child’s record helps us to celebrate their achievements and then work together to provide what your child needs for their well-being and to make progress.
Your child's keyworker will work in partnership with you to keep this record. To do this they will collect information about your child's needs, activities, interests and achievements. This information will enable the key person to identify your child's stage of progress.
Together, we will then decide on how to help your child to move on to the next stage.
Learning through play
In Busy Bess we focus on learning through play.
There are several aspects we cover to ensure your childs learning is happy and well rounded.
These areas will all be covered throughout the day in Busy Bees.
We spend quality time helping the children transition from leaving their parents and gaining their first steps of independance within Pre School ready to go to school.
Who will my teachers be?
